More about me …

I love startups for their dynamicity and the freedom of creativity. They give me room to initiate new ideas and the autonomy to execute them. Not to mention being in the company of awesome teammates with the same passion as I do. I joined my first startup in late 2009 and did not look back since.

I dabbled in HTML for the first time when I was 11. After being introduced to the world wide web in 1997, I craved my own website and picked up basic HTML on my own. This later developed into an interest for web aesthetics when I was 15, and web standards when I was 17, where I first learned about code validation, XHTML and CSS.

I officially entered girl-geekdom when I was 18. I picked up basic PHP, motivated by my use of Wordpress as my primary blog engine. Instantly, I was hooked and began craving for more advanced stuff. When the time came to pick a course for University entry, the answer was obvious.

I received my Bachelor of Science (Information Systems Management) and second major in Advanced Technology with a Cum Laude from Singapore Management University in 2009.

The rest - as they say - is history.
